Schedule

Monday Evening 7 -8:15pm

Slow Flow Yoga

This is a great way to start off your week with some peace and calm. In this class we will do a slow flow meditative style vinyasa practice that includes postures coordinated with the breath. We will work on balance, strength, mobility, inner ease and feeling connected! And then we go home into our families and our friends and spread the good vibes!

Person in a yoga pose near a dark rock wall, one leg raised, arms extended.

Tuesday Morning 9-10 am

Gentle Yoga

This is a beautiful practice to love every cell in your body. We will focus on balance, mobility and strength from our feet and ankles, up into our knees, hips, spine and shoulders. We move slowly and mindfully and end with some love for our wrists and hands. Love always matters.

Person holding their ankles, stretching. Wearing a bracelet, standing on a yoga mat.

Wednesday Morning 11 - 12pm

Energy Work & Quiet Meditation

This quiet, comforting class is based on a traditional Chinese practice called Qigong. (chi gong). We work on stretching our meridians so that the life force (chi) can move easily and beautifully through our whole system. It is very uplifting and energizing. We also use work from Donna Edens book, Energy Medicine. And we meditate. Participants can do the practice sitting or standing. We end in gratitude. There is a lot of joy.
