CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS AND PRIVATE SESSIONS
Haliburton Yoga will come to your home, place of work or retreat/conference that you are organizing. We have experience working in small informal groups (women's get a way weekends) and large conference style settings. We will work with you to create program that suits your needs. Some of the
workshops I have created and delivered in the past include:
· Yoga for desk jockies · Yoga for a strong spine · Yoga for happy feet · Gentle movement for seniors · Movement and drumming at the Haliburton Hospital Labyrinth · Introduction to Yoga, Nia, Qigong, Meditation, Breathing Techniques · Yoga Ed (yoga in the school system) · "Tools for Teachers" (Yoga tips and tricks that teachers can use in their classroom) · Yoga workshops on a variety of themes (yoga for keyboarders, yoga for 9-5, charkas, immune system, hamstrings, core stength) · Yoga for Specific Needs (Pregnancy, Stress, Exhaustion, Flexibility, Seniors, Couples) · Energize the day (early morning workshop to get people up and moving) · How to use the breath to help relax and energize · Techniques for dealing with stress in the workplace · Yoga for friends - surprise birthday party! · Deepening Your Yoga Practice (1:1 or in a group setting) · Womens Weekends - yoga workshops for a group of women Some of the clients
